In patients without radiotherapy it is possible to reconstruct the breast with prosthesis and ADM or fascia. Although it is a safe reconstruction it can not guarantee the benefits of reconstruction with autologous tissue, to the touch and visually it appears less natural than the one with the flap, despite being a valid, fast and safe method.
