The PAP flap is indicated for the reconstruction of a breast of medium / small size, to reconstruct a single breast sometimes it is necessary to use 2 flaps, or take the tissue from the inner thigh of both lower limbs. In some cases even one side is sufficient. In these the deformity that is created on the other side is not very evident, unlike what one would expect.
The PAP flap is a valid option for breast reconstruction, in my opinion with the right indications ensures a high level of satisfaction especially in those patients who do not have tissue in the abdomen
